Birch 4 Door Sideboard / Buffet

81″x20″x32″

This product is made with rare “Old Growth” timber cut from virgin North American forests back in the early 1800s. These logs were recovered from the bottoms of the waterways that were used to transport them. During the early logging boom in the Great lakes and Appalachian regions, up to 1/3 fo the logs were lost when they sank while making the voyage to the mills. Fortunately, some came to rest in an optimum under water environment that preserved these dense logs over the centuries.
