Will Other Events be Happening in the Building During My Wedding?
No, all of our rentals are a full buy-out. We never host more than one event a day – so you have our full attention to make your special day everything you want it to be.
Can We Schedule a Ceremony Rehearsal?
Yes! We’ll provide access to the space for wedding rehearsals a day or two prior to the Event Date. Rehearsals must be scheduled with the Event Office in advance and are at the discretion of the Event Staff, based on Salvage One’s events booked. For your rehearsal, you’ll have access to the first floor (and courtyard for an outdoor ceremony) for up to one hour.
Can my Guests Arrive Before the Contracted Start Time?
Your event may not begin, and the bar cannot open, before the contract time, but guests may arrive earlier.
Do You Have Rooftop Access for Photos?
No. we do not have rooftop access but we do have three floors and a garden courtyard with endless photo opportunities.
If You Guarantee Seating for Only 175 People, What Happens if my Guest Count Exceeds that Number?
If additional dining tables and chairs are needed, your caterer will rent to supplement our inventory.
Are you Dog Friendly?
Yes! Your dog is welcome to be onside, leashed, for formal photos and during your ceremony, but we have to say goodbye to your fur baby before food service begins.
Is Salvage one BYOB?
Yes, you can provide the liquor but all alcohol must be handled and served by the approved caterer. We have an exclusive list of caterers and they are all happy to work with you on where and how to obtain alcohol for your event.
Is Salvage One Handicap Accessible?
Yes! We have a staff-run elevator, and wheelchair access is available through the courtyard.
Can We Come for Engagement Photos?
Absolutely! Engagement shoots are complimentary for couples getting married at Salvage One. Otherwise, the rate is $150/hour. Please schedule your engagement shoot with our Event Staff.
We do not provide a photographer.
May I Use Inventory/Props from Salvage One for my Decor?
No. Salvage One does not allow items from the store to be used as decor for events.
Do you Permit Food Trucks?
Yes, food trucks may park in our enclosed courtyard. You’ll want to coordinate the food trucks’ arrival with the Event Staff so we know what time to open to the gate to let the truck in.
Where do my Guests Park?
We do not have a parking lot but free street parking is normally plentiful in the evening. We can also recommend a valet service.
